Tears overflowed,
19 years,
Broken Wings,
Crushed Dreams,
I tightened my grip on the pen,
She held my once chubby cheeks with her soft yet strong hands,
“Amma, just sign, it’s not worth it, please” ,
I scanned the house filled with my broken smiles, one last time ,
Fluttering wings,
I let go…………..
